1. About VagharBox

VagharBox is a food ordering and delivery brand operated by Hirpara Vinay Bavchandbhai from 52, Devajinagar-2, near Bhavani Circle, A.K. Road, Varachha, Surat, Gujarat 395006, India.

VagharBox is registered with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) — FSSAI Registration No. 20726031005466. This number is displayed on our platform and invoices.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be legally capable of entering into a contract. A person under 18 may use the service only under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• Google login details must belong to you. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account and device secure.
• You must provide an accurate name, mobile number, delivery address and location. We may contact you to confirm an order or delivery.
• We may restrict an account for fraud, abusive conduct, repeated false orders, payment misuse or violation of these Terms.

3. Menu, pricing and orders

• Menu items, availability, portions, offers and prices can change without prior notice. The amount shown at checkout at the time of order applies.
• Images are representative. Handmade food may vary slightly in colour, presentation or portion appearance.
• An order is a request until VagharBox accepts it. We may reject or cancel an order because of stock, kitchen capacity, delivery limits, incorrect details, suspected misuse or circumstances beyond our control.
• Applicable delivery, handling, tax, COD or other charges are shown before the order is placed.
• Offers and coupons are subject to their displayed validity, minimum order and account restrictions and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay or its supported banking and payment partners. VagharBox does not receive or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password. We may store payment IDs, order IDs, amount and payment status for reconciliation, support and legal records.

An order paid online is confirmed only after our server verifies the payment. A bank debit without an order confirmation may be treated as pending until the gateway or bank confirms the final status.

5. Delivery

Delivery is currently offered in supported areas of Surat subject to kitchen capacity and the service radius shown at checkout. Delivery time is an estimate, not a guarantee. Traffic, weather, building access, demand or other external events can cause delay.

You must remain reachable and provide safe access at the delivery location. Additional delivery attempts or refunds may not be available when delivery fails because of an incorrect address, unavailable customer or denied access. Full details are in our Delivery Policy.

6. Food safety, preferences and allergens

VagharBox serves vegetarian food. Our kitchen handles dairy, wheat/gluten, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soy and other common ingredients. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or absence of cross-contact.

Tell us about allergies before ordering and do not consume an item if you are uncertain about its ingredients. Special instructions are requests and are not guaranteed unless accepted by us.

7. Cancellations, complaints and refunds

A cancellation request must be made immediately, normally within 2-5 minutes of placing the order, and before the kitchen marks it Accepted or starts preparation. If accepted before preparation, the customer may receive a full refund.

Once the kitchen marks an order Accepted or food preparation starts, a customer-requested cancellation will receive no refund. If delivery fails because the customer supplied a wrong address, did not answer the phone or was unavailable, the order will be treated as cancelled/failed by the customer and no refund will be provided.

An approved online refund is returned only to the original card, UPI account or payment method and normally appears within 5-7 working days, depending on the bank or payment provider.

Wrong, missing, damaged or quality-related items must be reported promptly with the order ID and reasonable evidence.

8. Acceptable use and responsibility

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, submit false orders, exploit offers, interfere with payments, copy protected brand material or use VagharBox for unlawful activity.

To the extent permitted by law, VagharBox is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, third-party payment or network failures, or delay caused by events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Indian consumer law.

VagharBox names, logos, photographs, text and platform design are owned by or licensed to VagharBox and may not be copied or commercially used without written permission.

9. Grievances, changes and governing law

We may update these Terms for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. Material changes will be shown on the platform with a revised effective date.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to applicable consumer law, courts at Surat, Gujarat will have jurisdiction.
